Our electronic books are digital versions of our pocket guides, and are implemented with Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). Formatted for optimal viewing on-screen, they feature hyperlinks to make looking up a statute an easy process. All versions use Adobe Acrobat reader.
NOTE: Our electronic books may not function
completely on PDA devices. Some search functions do not work on PDAs in
the same manner as a desktop or laptop. We do not provide any technical
support for use of our products on PDAs due to the large number of
different hardware and software combinations.
To download the free Acrobat Reader for Desktops and laptops, go to ACROBAT for Computers.
Ebooks are available on a CDROM
which contains a version for desktop screens, and a "tagged" version
which may be used with different window sizes and can "reflow" text to
new page sizes. The tagged version is larger.
The CDROM
which contains both above versions is $7.49
or 7.99 depending on the state. It contains both criminal and traffic codes where applicable.
Check out our combination
offers on pocket guides with a CD. Some agencies provide electronic versions in patrol car computers, or for department
computers.
