Q – I have an Android device.  Which digital product do I need to order from your website?

A – The digital product you choose depends on the reader you have installed on your device.  Go to the EBooks page for a table of devices, readers, and the book format for the readers. 

 

Q – There are several readers available for my device, which one would you recommend?

A – For Android, we have used, and had good results with Moon+ Reader, Bluefire Reader and Aldiko Reader. For iPhone, we have used, and had good results with iBooks, Bluefire Reader and Kindle Reader.

 

Q – I have an Android OS device, and I can’t get the book to load onto my device.

A – Refer to the Android Instructions  page.

Q – What is Dropbox?

A Dropbox is a cloud based file handling appliction. It works very well for transferring files between a PC and Smartphone, and any other devices you may have such as a laptop or tablet PC.  The Dropbox program is installed on your PC, and a Dropbox app is installed on your smartphone.  File transfers are as simple as dragging and dropping a file into a folder.  A file dropped into the Dropbox folder on your PC is accessible on the device, and a file dropped into the Dropbox folder on your device is accessible on your PC.

 

Q – I'm using Firefox's ePub reader and the index doesn't follow links correctly. Is there a way to fix this?

A – Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at the moment. An email has been sent to the developer of the Firefox ePub Reader describing the problem. This issue will hopefully be solved in a future update.
